Are microfiber sheets more ecological?

Ona sheets are made with a polyester-based microfiber that is recyclable. They also go through a manufacturing process that has independent certification and guarantees that our fabrics meet the highest safety and environmental standars.

Do you sell wholesale? What do I do if I need to buy a large quantity of products?

Do you have physical stores?

We are an exclusively online store and we ship to your doorstep.

You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive free shipping on your first order. We also regularly send out offers and deals through email.
Additionally, we offer certain bundles at a 5% or 10% discount.

How is the return process?

1. Contact us by phone at +525546242485 to start your process. Our after-sales service agents will give you a brief survey that will help us to improve our products and services more and more.

2. Later we will call you to indicate the date on which we will come to your home for the product to be returned. We will share with you the instructions to deliver it.

3. Collections are made by our own delivery fleet, authorized parcels, or directly by the association that will receive your product for donation.

4. Once your product has been collected, we will wait for it to arrive at the wharehouse, your money will be refunded within 5 business days. Refunds are made through the same payment method that you used when placing your order. In some cases it is necessary that the refund be made through an alternative payment method, in which case we will request information regarding your bank account to send you a direct deposit.

How long does the return process take?

Due to COVID-19, there may be some affectations in the collection times of guarantees and returns.

The entire process can take up to 15 business days.

Returns can be extended up to 20 business days.

Can I cancel the return process?

Yes. You can do it at any time, as long as the product is still with you.

How can I invoice?

During the purchase process you have the option of entering the fiscal data, once your payment is confirmed, within a maximum period of 5 business days you will receive a confirmation email with the attached formats of the invoice.

I can't generate my invoice, what do I do?

What happens if I did not invoice on time?

You can contact us and we will help you send your invoice. It is important that you know that by not complying with the fiscal cut-off times, we will have to issue the invoice with the date of the billing request (not with the date when you placed your order).
